Delete your account

Request deletion of your ThaliFit account and personal data.

In the app

  1. Open ThaliFit and go to My Account.
  2. Tap Delete My Account Permanently.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings first.

What gets deleted and what may be kept is set out in section 7 of our Privacy Policy.

This opens your email app with a request to support@thalifit.com. We act on requests within 7 days, and your data is erased from our servers within 30 days.
